一、產(chǎn)品介紹
I. Product introduction
科飛新材研制生產(chǎn)的合成木材系列產(chǎn)品HFU(High-strength Fiberglass fabric Foamed Polyurethane),是以玻璃纖維作為增強(qiáng)材料(連續(xù)玻璃纖維絲(HFFU)或者玻璃纖維布(HFMU)增強(qiáng))、聚氨酯樹(shù)脂作為基體通過(guò)復(fù)合、固化、發(fā)泡等連續(xù)工藝制得的兼具鋼材的高強(qiáng)度、木材的輕質(zhì)和易定制化、聚氨酯泡沫的保溫和玻璃鋼(FRP)材料的不生銹、絕緣、耐酸、耐堿、耐油等優(yōu)點(diǎn)的新型結(jié)構(gòu)材料,同時(shí)能夠有效彌補(bǔ)木材不耐老化、鋼材不耐腐蝕、混凝土高碳且應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景受限的缺陷。
The high-strength fiberglass fabric foamed polyurethane (HFU) is a series of synthetic wood products developed and produced by Kefei New Material Technology Co., Ltd. HFU is a new type of material made of glass fiber as a reinforcing material and polyurethane resin as a matrix through composite, curing, foaming and other processes. The HFU material has the advantages of high strength of steel, light weight and easy customization of wood, thermal insulation of polyurethane foam and non-rust, insulation, acid resistance, alkali resistance and oil resistance of FRP material. Meanwhile, it can effectively make up for the defects of wood not aging resistance, steel not corrosion resistance, concrete high carbon and limited application scenarios.
HFU可以廣泛應(yīng)用于石化、海洋、港口碼頭等工業(yè)設(shè)施,廣泛用做船舶、車輛、冷鏈集裝箱、包裝箱等的功能結(jié)構(gòu)部件,廣泛用于公路、公園、軌道交通、建筑等工程領(lǐng)域。另外,根據(jù)HFU產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn),生產(chǎn)過(guò)程可進(jìn)行玻纖含量、密度等調(diào)節(jié),生產(chǎn)不同性能要求的產(chǎn)品,滿足不同應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景的產(chǎn)品需求。產(chǎn)品可設(shè)計(jì)性強(qiáng),可進(jìn)行防滑設(shè)計(jì)、不同阻燃等級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)、顏色外觀定制等。

◎輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng):與常規(guī)的結(jié)構(gòu)材料相比,HFU密度與木材相當(dāng),易于搬運(yùn),并具有優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能和較高的各項(xiàng)強(qiáng)度(非同性)。

Compared with conventional structural materials, HFU has a density comparable to wood, is easy to handle, and has excellent mechanical properties and high strength in directions.
◎隔熱隔聲性優(yōu):HFU與常見(jiàn)的XPS、PU、PET等保溫材料一樣,都屬于高分子硬質(zhì)泡沫材料的一種,具有較高的閉孔率,賦予了HFU優(yōu)秀的保溫隔熱性能,同時(shí)還有較好的隔聲降噪性能。
◎Excellent thermal and sound insulation performance
HFU, like common insulation materials such as XPS, PU, and PET, belongs to a type of high-molecular rigid foam material, which a high closed-cell rate, giving HFU excellent thermal insulation performance, as well as good sound insulation and noise reduction performance.
◎握釘力強(qiáng):與常見(jiàn)的XPS、PU、PVC、PET泡沫相比,HFU通過(guò)玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)獲得與FRP材料量級(jí)相當(dāng)?shù)牧W(xué)性能,能夠直接擰入螺栓并獲得高于木材的握釘力,能夠直接作為結(jié)構(gòu)件使用。
◎Strong grip strength
Compared with common XPS, PU, PVC, PET foam, HFU obtains mechanical properties comparable to FRP materials through glass fiber reinforcement, can directly screwed into bolts and obtain a grip strength higher than wood, and can be directly used as structural parts.
◎高耐候性:與木材和常規(guī)塑料相比,聚氨酯材料賦予了HFU優(yōu)秀的耐候性和長(zhǎng)服役壽命,HFU在常規(guī)環(huán)境下的動(dòng)態(tài)使用壽命最高可達(dá)50年之久。
◎High weather resistance
Compared with wood and conventional plastics, polyurethane materials endow HFU with excellent weather resistance and long service life, and the dynamic service life HFU in normal environment can be as long as 50 years.

◎Corrosion resistance

◎Workability
HFU can be cut, drilled and adjusted on site just like wood. With the help of the matching adhesive from Kefei, it is easy carry out operations such as bonding, and the bonding performance obtained is comparable to that of the base material, and the same adhesive can also be used for on-site repair HFU.

IV. Product surface treatment and product form
HFU boards can be surface treated to be smooth or with different degrees of roughness according to user requirements.
Most importantly, HFU boards can be pasted with different types of skins on one or both sides according to user requirements, such as FRP fiber reinforced plastic, plastic, plastic hard foam, metal, ceramic and other hard skins and rubber, sponge, leather, graphic film and other soft skins, and thising is synchronized with the production and manufacturing of HFU boards, which can effectively guarantee the pasting quality, while avoiding the use of adhesives and the complexity processes brought by post-process pasting.

微孔、防火纖維增強(qiáng)樹(shù)脂基復(fù)合材料(F-MFRP)是在玻纖增強(qiáng)的樹(shù)脂基復(fù)合材(FRP)的基礎(chǔ)上采用阻燃配方體系和微孔發(fā)泡工藝制得的結(jié)構(gòu)功能一體化復(fù)合材料,F-MFRP融合了樹(shù)脂基復(fù)合材料、高分子硬質(zhì)泡沫、高分子防火材料三者的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、保溫隔熱、防火阻燃、低煙低毒、耐高溫、防腐蝕等系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),主要應(yīng)用于對(duì)防火要求較高的場(chǎng)景的輕質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)件,也可以作為防火夾心材料與各種不同蒙皮結(jié)合形成不同形式的三明治結(jié)構(gòu)。
F-MFRP is a structural-functional integrated composite material prepared by using flame retardant formula system and microcellular foaming process on the of fiber reinforced resin-based composites (FRP). F-MFRP integrates the advantages of resin-based composites, high molecular rigid foam and high molecular flame retard materials, and has a series of advantages such as light weight, high strength, heat insulation, flame retardancy, low smoke and low toxicity, high temperature resistance and resistance. It is mainly used in lightweight structural parts with high fire resistance requirements, and can also be used as fireproof core material combined with various different skins to form forms of sandwich structure.
